- DILIGENT Referral Program – we pay our team members $300 for a referral of a new team member that has provided us with one year of continuous employment.
- Uniforms are leased and cleaned on a weekly basis. We pay for half of the cost of maintenance on the uniforms and after the Team Member has been with us for one year, we will pay the entire cost of maintenance.
- Vacations are based on a calendar year. DILIGENT team members have the option of cashing in their vacation time in lieu of time off.
